Whether you’re new to Customer Success or looking to sharpen your expertise, our program pairs you with a seasoned Mentor who can guide you, challenge you, and help you reach the next level in your career.

HOW IT WORKS?

Fill out our quick application form so we can match you with the right Mentor / Mentee

Sign Me Up!

4. Start Blooming

Meet — online or in-person—and work together on real-world challenges, skill-building, and professional growth strategies, with a Mentor.

It is up to you and the Mentor, whatever you would like to pay for Mentorship, we leave it for you both - we recommend for your second and further sessions a fee of 40 euro / 45 min.

We promise that at least the first 30-min meeting with a Mentor is free.
